1. General Information

The KSCS Portal is a collaboration and documentation system designed to support data management, reporting, and project control for the Karian–Dam Serpong Water Conveyance System.

Authorized users only: Super Admin, Package Admin, Consultants, Contractors, Field Supervisors, and Project Monitoring Teams.

No. The portal is provided as part of the project's digital support system.

2. Accounts & Verification

Accounts are created exclusively by the Super Admin or Package Admin. Once registered, you will receive an invitation email to set your password and activate your account.

No. Account creation is strictly controlled and can only be performed by authorized administrators.

Check your Spam/Junk folder. If the email is still missing, contact your Package Admin or Super Admin to resend the invitation. If the “Resend Verification” feature is available, you may use it.

Only the Super Admin or Package Admin is authorized to activate accounts after successful verification.

3. Project & Packages

The Package Admin will assign you to a package based on your role. Once assigned, the package menu will appear in your dashboard.

Yes, if your role permits it. Please follow the standard naming rules, categories, and metadata (location, date, description) when uploading files.

Go to the package page or the project map interface. Depending on your access level, you will be able to view markers linked to field documentation and reports.

4. Data & Privacy

We apply internal security practices. Personal data protection is regulated in the Privacy Policy available on the /privacy page.

Access is restricted based on user role and package assignment. Only authorized users may view or manage relevant data.

Depending on access rights and package policy. Some data may be downloadable; others may only be viewed within the system.

5. Technical Information

The latest version of Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Make sure JavaScript is enabled and your internet connection is stable.

Check your browser location permissions, ensure stable connectivity, and verify that no extensions are blocking map layers. Try refreshing the page.

Yes. The portal supports multiple basemap options with layer controls for project analysis.

6. Security

Use strong passwords, keep your credentials private, enable email verification, and always log out after completing your session especially on shared devices.

Immediately change your password, log out from all active sessions, and report the issue to support@karian.id with details of the incident.

7. Support & Contact

Send an email to support@karian.id with a clear description of your issue, screenshots if necessary, the time of occurrence, and the relevant page URL.

Public announcements will be displayed on the dashboard or the news section. The “Last Updated” date is also indicated on policy pages.
